Dustin Stroud
has been an invaluable asset to our team over the past 4 years, bringing a wealth of prior experience in maintenance and property management that continues to strengthen our day-to-day operations. Eli Milenkoff

Eli Nickolas Milenkoff is the owner of Brick Properties, bringing nearly two decades of real estate experience and local market knowledge to the company’s property management services. As a real estate broker with Performers Real Estate Group, Eli has been serving clients throughout the Niagara Region and across Ontario since 2007, developing an extensive understanding of residential, multi-family, and commercial properties.

Eli’s background in real estate brokerage provides a valuable advantage in property management. His firsthand knowledge of market trends, rental values, property investments, and real estate transactions allows him to help property owners make informed decisions, protect their investments, and maximize their rental potential. Originally from Welland, Ontario, Eli has deep roots in the Niagara community and a strong understanding of the local real estate market. His professional achievements include Platinum Brokerage Winner recognition in 2016 and 2021, Gold Winner in 2017, and Silver Winner in 2018 from his previous brokerage. These accomplishments reflect his commitment to professional excellence, client service, and successful real estate outcomes.

A graduate of Notre Dame College Catholic High School and the University of Guelph, Eli also brings 11 years of experience in the hospitality industry at the world-renowned Whistler Resort. This background helped shape his client-focused approach, strong communication skills, and commitment to providing a positive experience for property owners and tenants alike.
